Originally from Kpomasse in the Atlantic department, Romance Vinakpon spent her childhood in Natitingou. She holds a BAPES in history and geography obtained at the École Normale Supérieure of Porto-Novo. She was the first woman head of the sports department at “Révélateur” newspaper, where she has worked since 2017.
