Mouayed Mahmoud Skander is a sports journalist from Lybia. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and works on Libyan television, and many local, Arab and international newspapers. He presented many famous television programs in Libya, most notably the sports magazine, and the “In Ninety” program.
